Business Partnership Opportunity
The best definition for the opportunity that AgroVentures provides to you is a Business Partnership, which is not just an investment opportunity. In this business partnership, you pay the project development cost (land value) and we take care of the entire operation, from Vanilla cultivation to exportation. Project time is 5 years and after signing the company agreement, a new land plot, equivalent to the project development cost you paid, will be selected within one of our Vanilla Estates, to start the cultivation. The land ownership will be transferred to you through a transfer deed, as an assurance for your money, and an Indenture of lease (Lease agreement) will be signed to start the cultivation. Land leased rental and a harvest payment will be paid from 1st month to 60th month.
