Business Partnership Opportunity

 The best definition for the opportunity that AgroVentures provides to you is a Business Partnership, which is not just an investment opportunity. 

In this business partnership, you pay the project development cost (land value) and we take care of the entire operation, from Vanilla cultivation to exportation. Project time is 5 years and after signing the company agreement, a new land plot, equivalent to the project development cost you paid, will be selected within one of our Vanilla Estates, to start the cultivation.

The land ownership will be transferred to you through a transfer deed, as an assurance for your money, and an Indenture of lease (Lease agreement) will be signed to start the cultivation.

Land leased rental and a harvest payment will be paid from 1st month to 60th month. (If you sign the company agreement today, your first monthly return will be paid exactly after 30 days)

At the end of 5 years, exactly in the 61st month, the land will be repurchased by paying you the project development cost you paid, land appreciation value and a Vanilla harvest profit share. Monthly return and the final land repurchasing value will be calculated using a fixed rate. (Monthly return will be 25% per annum. Land appreciation value + Vanilla harvest profit share will be 30% per annum)

Minimum investment is 1,055,000 LKR

Legal security and documents 

1. Payment invoice - Once you complete the investment (Project development cost) you will receive a payment invoice which confirms your payment.

2. Company agreement - You will sign a company agreement, which includes all the terms & conditions of the project and the profit shares.

3. You will receive the transfer deed of the land under your name, which we do the cultivation throughout the project time.

4. Lease agreement - Once we transfer the ownership of the land to you, signing a lease agreement is important to handle the operation in that land.

5. Buy back guarantee - Inside of the lease agreement, final land repurchasing value is mentioned. That will give you a high confidence as a buy back guarantee

We will have a consultation session with you to guide you further. You will receive the drafts of the company agreement, transfer deed and the lease agreement to study further.
